Surface Water Planning & Analysis

Kleinfelder’s surface water planning and analysis services include water quality, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling and studies; TMDL and wasteload allocation studies; effluent dilution (mixing zone) studies; permit applications and renewals; wastewater management planning; wastewater facilities planning and design; industrial pretreatment programs; and development of local pretreatment limits. We are regularly retained to develop stormwater management plans; design best management practices; evaluate and control nonpoint source pollution; and develop, design and implement watershed management and restoration plans.
