At Kleinfelder we work hard and are passionate about the work we do; however, we understand the importance of life/work balance. We have found that when our employees can achieve a life/work balance, they are more productive, have better attitudes at work, are more engaged with their teammates, and are more inclined to work safer – an important aspect of our industry!
Our offices get creative with their team building activities, participating in a variety of activities ranging from kayaking, baseball games, and escape rooms to quarry runs!
Many Kleinfelder offices participate in recreational sports leagues and other group activities; giving staff a chance to build stronger working relationships.
