Medical
We offer two High Deductible Health Plans through a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Our medical coverage helps you and your family maintain well-being through preventive care and access to a nationwide network of providers, as well as prescription drug benefits. Through the telemedicine network, you can access a board-certified physician 24/7/365.
Dental
The goal of the Kleinfelder dental plan is to make good dental care available and affordable for you and your family. Our plan provides coverage for preventive care, basic care, such as fillings and extractions, and major care, including crowns and bridges.
Vision
Vision benefits include a network of more than 21,000 member doctor locations throughout the United States. When you elect coverage, you receive discounts for eye exams, lenses, and frames and/or contact lenses.
Pharmaceutical Services
Pharmacy coverage is provided through our medical plans for you and your dependents to save money on the cost of prescription medications.

Financial (U.S.)
401(k) Retirement
Kleinfelder offers a 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for retirement. You have the option of making pre-tax contributions, Roth after-tax contributions, or a combination of both; and Kleinfelder provides a proportional match of your contributions. There are several investment options from which you can choose.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Employees enrolled in a Kleinfelder-sponsored medical plan may contribute pre-tax dollars to a HSA to pay for unreimbursed medical, dental, and/or vision expenses. Kleinfelder also contributes to each employee’s HSA.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Our Flexible Spending Account program allows employees to allocate pre-tax dollars to a reimbursement fund to pay for unreimbursed medical, dental, and/or vision expenses, and dependent care assistance.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
