Kleinfelder Hires Davis Diggs, PE, as Transportation Program Manager
CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – Kleinfelder has expanded its transportation and construction engineering and inspection (CEI) expertise by hiring Davis Diggs, PE, to serve as transportation program manager. In his new role, Diggs will lead Kleinfelder’s growth in the transportation market, focusing on CEI services in North Carolina and the surrounding regions. Diggs brings to Kleinfelder a deep level of experience, with a professional engineering career spanning over 20-years.

Prior to joining Kleinfelder, Diggs spent nearly 24-years with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT), most recently serving as the agency’s District Engineer – Construction Manager. During this time he led numerous high-profile projects, including large design-build and alternative delivery projects along the I-85 corridor in the Charlotte metro area. He was also served as a county maintenance engineer, an assistant resident engineer, and assistant district engineer.
Diggs received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from North Carolina State University. He is a registered professional engineer (PE) in North and South Carolina, and is a Certified Public Manager in North Carolina.
He will be based out of Kleinfelder’s office in Charlotte, North Carolina.
