With 40 years in the AEC industry, including 23 years at Kleinfelder, Houman has extensive experience providing leadership in infrastructure and major civil engineering programs. Houman’s prior roles include Transportation Division Manager and Alternate Delivery Segment Manager. He has a strong background in transportation market strategy and delivery.

Houman holds a B.S. in civil engineering from University of California, Los Angeles and an M.S. in civil/earthquake engineering from University of Colorado, Boulder. He is a Professional Civil Engineer registered in California and Colorado.
