Kleinfelder’s materials and forensic engineering experts are involved in evaluating and investigating problems related to construction defects on existing assets, infrastructure, and building components. Our evaluations and engineering is based on reviewing existing plans, specifications, documentation, and other pertinent information in comparison with destructive and non-destructive analysis of the asset to provide conclusions on the cause of the defect. In addition to evaluating assets for defects, our services help to estimate service life and structural performance.
