
As MASITE president, Song will help support opportunities for professional development and community building at the regional and local levels through annual meetings, trainings, luncheons, and connecting members with area student chapters. Part of the Colonial District, MASITE serves professionals throughout Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and West Virginia, and boasts more than 600 active members. The ITE organization operates in 78 countries with over 17,000 members.
On his new role, Song commented, “I am thrilled to be trusted with the responsibility of furthering MASITE’s mission. Community and collaboration are invaluable pieces of successful traffic engineering, and it’s an honor to promote and grow the profession. I look forward to my tenure as president and working alongside our MASITE member professionals.”
