"I am proud to be a part of Kleinfelder, where safety is everyone’s responsibility – a concept made real every day in the way our employees take care of each other, speak up and help identify safer and innovative approaches that create a safe environment for everyone, including our clients, partners and the community. As a safety professional, it is exciting to see our managers’ commitment to stewarding safety by coaching employees, sharing lessons learned, and leading by example. By empowering every employee to think for themselves using the Loss Prevention Self-Assessment (LPSA), we are helping Kleinfelder staff take control of their lives at work and at home."
