Lumber River Council of Governments Receives NADO Awards
Kleinfelder is pleased to announce that Lumber River Council of Governments (LRCOG) received the 2024 Aliceann Wohlbruck NADO Impact Award for two projects.
David Goershel Joins Kleinfelder as South Division Director
Goershel, who will be based in Kleinfelder’s Atlanta, Georgia office, will oversee operations throughout Kleinfelder’s newly created South Division.

I-77 HOT Lanes Observation/Inspection
As technical advisor to I-77 Mobility Partners, Kleinfelder provided quality oversight through inspection, sampling and testing of construction materials, observations, and documentation of progress.
Terminal 1 Replacement Geotechnical Services
Kleinfelder served as the landside development bridge designer and civil engineering lead, geotechnical engineer, and sustainability lead for this $3.4-billion alternative delivery project that will result in an increase to 30 gates for passengers.
Nice-Middleton Bridge Replacement IDQM
Replacement of the Nice-Middleton Bridge included a new four-lane bridge with an all-electronic tolling system, construction of approach/intersecting roadways, and the demolition of the existing bridge.
