Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Through the development of the Spectrum Committee, we have fostered connection between diverse communities across Kleinfelder, created new opportunities with workshops and training, advised leadership on DE&I-related matters, and promoted advancement through networking and mentoring opportunities.
Kleinfelder promotes an inclusive workplace that respects and embraces diversity, equity, and inclusivity — which are essential to individual and Kleinfelder success.
Currently, we are amplifying existing efforts through Kleinfelder’s Spectrum Committee, a 12-person, self-nominated committee established to cultivate diversity, inclusivity, and equity within Kleinfelder through education, awareness, and promoting an inclusive culture.
Through ongoing, continuous communication and collaboration with the broader Kleinfelder community, the committee strives to enhance awareness and engagement to sustain a culture that recruits, develops, advances, and retains talent from all ranges of the people spectrum — and we understand this is an ongoing effort.
