Mo Al Nasser Joins Kleinfelder as Senior Program Manager
Kleinfelder is pleased to announce the addition of Mohammed (Mo) Al Nasser to our Southern California Area as a Senior Program Manager in the San Diego office. Mo brings a wealth of experience in civil engineering, construction management, and project leadership to Kleinfelder.
With over 20 years of experience, Mo possesses a strong technical understanding critical for successful project execution. Throughout his career, he has overseen and managed projects of varying complexities and sizes, from multi-million-dollar military facilities to intricate infrastructure developments.
In his previous role at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW), Design and Construction, Mo served as a Sr. Design Manager/Sr. Civil Engineer, where he oversaw a range of projects requiring expertise in civil engineering, construction management, land development, water supply systems, and flood protection. Highlights include:
- A $980 million land development project encompassing 42 buildings and related infrastructure at the Silver Strand Training Complex in San Diego.
- Construction of a $76 million ammunition supply point with nine earth-covered magazines, complete with access roads, utilities, security features, and environmental mitigation.
- An $85 million road realignment at MCB Camp Pendleton involving a new 8,712-foot section of road with utilities, signage, and safety features.
- A variety of facilities including a $95 million F-35C Maintenance Hangar at Fallon and a $90 million Dining Facility and Consolidated Regimental Warehouses at MCB Camp Pendleton.
Originally from the Middle East, Mo has also contributed to several significant projects abroad, including:
- A $217 million wastewater/sewerage network and treatment plant in Ajman, UAE.
- The Ferrari Experience, a $544 million attraction at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The Al Sufouh Transit System (Tramway), a $350 million project in Dubail, UAE.
Mo’s expertise lies in leading design teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project adherence to budget, schedule, and client requirements. His proven ability to manage design-related resources and navigate complex design and construction submittals will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes for our clients.

Mo is a licensed professional engineer and holds a master’s degree in construction management.
