Over the course of his 34-year career, Dave has consistently exhibited his proficiency and leadership in construction management. He has successfully overseen a wide spectrum of complex projects, demonstrating his knowledge in all construction methodologies and ability to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Having led owner’s representative and construction management services for CMWorks, a Kleinfelder Company, for the past 23 years, Dave has been instrumental in growing the service line and has played a pivotal role in fostering a culture of professionalism, innovation, excellence, and collaboration.
