RALEIGH, North Carolina – Kleinfelder announced today that Andrew Hadsell, PE, has joined the firm as the Area Manager for North Carolina. Providing overall leadership for Kleinfelder’s operations throughout the state, Andrew will be responsible for growth and profitability of the region and be accountable for the area’s delivery of exceptional service to energy, transportation, industrial, and institutional clients.

With 20 years of experience working across multiple disciplines of engineering and environmental consulting, Andrew is well versed in the planning, design, construction, and management of infrastructure.  Having recently managed a $23 million asset program, he helped numerous local government clients find cost-effective solutions to collect, manage, analyze, and model data critical to their infrastructure.  His successful track record delivering projects is marked by progressive ideas and strategies that deliver in innovative ways while being in line with true client expectations.

With strong leadership and management capabilities, Andrew has managed growth of sales and revenue for business unit operations, maintaining consistent performance against challenging growth metrics year over year.  Contributing to sales, strategic planning and forecasting, and business development activities, Andrew has delivered proven results, building an increased backlog to support growth within his business unit. His leadership abilities are confirmed by the success of staff he has hired, mentored, and constructively supported as they worked towards unique career objectives.

Andrew is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina and is certified as a Floodplain Manager.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Water Resources from State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Master of Business Administration from Elon University Love School of Business.
