With over 35 years of industry experience, Pascal possesses the leadership credentials to create value across the division. His operational leadership and proven history of team collaboration are key to delivering strategic growth plans. He has successfully led business operations and strategic direction across several executive leadership positions. Pascal’s approach is collaborative and includes incorporating team building and communication, continuous improvement, operational accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to create a culture of success. His impressive experience includes aligning a geographically diverse team into a multi-disciplinary, multi-sector, large engineering design group and, in under a year, achieving more than 70% sales over plan and more than 60% profit over plan.

Hinnen holds a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Colorado and a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from Colorado School of Mines. He is also a registered Professional Environmental Engineer in Colorado and Arizona and a Professional Chemical Engineer in California.
