With over 30 years of industry experience, David is a strong leader who focuses on creating value in large organizations, operational leadership, and talent engagement. He has successfully led business operations and strategic direction across several executive leadership positions. Additionally, David’s leadership approach incorporates team building and communication, continuous improvement, operational accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to create a culture of success. His experience includes leading a $450-million environment and infrastructure group consisting of over 1,800 personnel.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Oceanography from the Florida Institute of Technology. He also also retains certifications as a Professional Geologist (Georgia) and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
