Chen Chen serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Kleinfelder, where he leads the firm’s inorganic growth strategy and works closely with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisition opportunities. In this role, Chen is responsible for developing relationships with prospective partners, leading transaction execution, and helping position newly integrated organizations for long-term success within Kleinfelder.

With nearly fifteen years of experience in finance, investment, corporate strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, Chen has built a distinguished career leading complex transactions and strategic growth initiatives across the infrastructure, energy, defense, and technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered value for clients, employees, and shareholders through thoughtful growth strategies and effective execution.

Prior to joining Kleinfelder, Chen served as Vice President and Head of M&A at Lithko Contracting. He also held senior leadership positions at PHI Group Inc./Q Family Office and spent nearly six years with Jacobs, where he served as Vice President and Head of Corporate Development, leading enterprise-wide strategy and M&A initiatives.
