Patrick Schaffner provides leadership to the Human Resources team for maximum business value and impact in employee relations, compensation, health and welfare, HRIS, talent development and management and staffing, recruitment, and mobility. Patrick brings over 20 years’ experience in all areas of global CHRO leadership. His focus is on partnering with the business to provide practical solutions and customer care in all areas related to Human Resources. He holds a BA from St, Mary’s College of Maryland.
