Northern California Water Market Leader

Kleinfelder is seeking a motivated and experienced engineer, geologist, or environmental planner with 15+ years of wastewater and potable water systems experience across Northern California.
Work in our team-oriented environment, providing business/client development while also adding project management and technical leadership. This is an excellent growth opportunity to take a reputable operation to the next level.
Requirements:
- 15 years’ experience in project, program or client management in potable water/wastewater infrastructure project work
- BS in Engineering is preferred
- Professional Engineer or Geologist License is a plus
- Working knowledge of project management systems, project scheduling, scoping, budgeting, cost analyses, resource analyses, and reporting
- PMP is preferred
Environmental Permitting & Planning Practice Lead

Kleinfelder is seeking an experienced Environmental Permitting & Planning Practice Lead to join our Bay Area team!
This key leadership position will support Bay Area Operations and long-standing contracts with key clients throughout Northern California. Responsibilities will focus on the growth of our staff through coaching and mentoring, while providing technical support to deliver and meet our clients’ project needs.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of related experience, 12+ years preferred of directly relevant experience, and at least 5 years of project management experience.
- MS in Environmental Permitting & Planning related field of study
- Knowledge of project management systems, project scheduling, scoping, budgeting, cost analyses, resource analyses, and reporting
- PMP Certification is preferred
Construction Inspection and Materials Testing Discipline Leader
Any of our 7 Bay Area office locations
Kleinfelder is seeking an experienced and dynamic senior leader to drive growth in our Bay Area Construction Services Practice.
This position is primarily responsible for driving growth, oversight of well-trained inspection/testing and project management professionals, managing projects, collaborating with our professional staff, and actively working with clients to deliver complex programs/projects in the Bay Area.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of construction services experience with an emphasis on construction materials engineering and testing
- 10+ years of project management experience and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- 5+ years supervisory/management experience
- Previous experience in materials and soils lab supervision or management
- Knowledge of field testing procedures and laboratory testing procedures
- BS in Civil, Materials Engineering, or Construction Management preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Professional Registration is preferred
