Lauren Kaul Named Mechanical Engineering Sub Lead for Alberta Area
The Alberta Area is excited to recognize Lauren Kaul in her new role of Mechanical Engineering Sub Lead. As the supervisor for all Alberta Mechanical EITs, Lauren will drive career growth by stewarding the transition of EITs from an educational environment to a practical working environment. Under Lauren’s guidance, EITs will be exposed to various professional development opportunities, gain diversified engineering experience, and hone valuable technical and leadership skills.
“I’m excited to take on this new role in our mechanical engineering team,” Lauren said. “Engineering training, networking, and mentorship is a passion of mine, and it will be exciting to bring those skills to this role.”
Having joined Kleinfelder 11 months ago, Lauren hit the ground running, stepping in seamlessly to support the Mechanical Team, taking on many critical projects as the Mechanical Lead role, completing all tasks with the utmost quality and efficiency, and gaining the trust of clients.
“In addition to demonstrating excellent technical expertise, Lauren has shown exceptional organizational skills, management abilities, and leadership behaviors,” said Mechanical Department Manager Qi Jiang. “We believe she will be a great mentor, advisor, role model, and leader to Alberta Mechanical EITs.”
“We have a great team in Alberta, and I’m looking forward to helping our engineers-in-training develop into technical professionals,” Lauren said.
