Kleinfelder Champions Collaboration at the 2025 Mobility 21 Summit

Kleinfelder proudly joined regional leaders, policymakers, and industry professionals at the 2025 Mobility 21 Southern California Transportation Summit in Anaheim. This year’s theme, “The Power of Partnership,” highlighted the essential role of collaboration in advancing Southern California’s transportation future. Kleinfelder was honored to contribute as a sponsor, exhibitor, and an active participant. Kleinfelder was well represented at the Summit by Scott Maloney, Soner Soylu, Mike Broadwater and Joey Fernandez in attendance; Terri London leading our exhibitor booth; and Erika Dominick and Gina Chapa volunteering to support the Summit.

Sponsorship and Engagement

As part of our commitment to the transportation community, Kleinfelder sponsored the event’s photo booth, giving attendees a fun and memorable way to connect and capture the day. Our staff also served as volunteers to help provide a seamless experience for attendees. Additionally, our team at the exhibitor booth welcomed guests to learn more about our services, share project insights, take home fun and innovative giveaways, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

Conversations That Drive Change

The Summit featured dynamic sessions on the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of mobility in Southern California. From preparing transportation systems for the 2028 Olympics to building resilience against wildfires and climate change, and from leveraging generative artificial intelligence (AI) in project delivery to ensuring equity in transportation policy, the discussions consistently underscored how partnerships between public agencies, private firms, and communities are critical to delivering lasting solutions. Joey Fernandez, Senior Project Coordinator, shared, “Attending Mobility 21 is a wonderful vehicle to drive partnership, set the foundation for collaboration, and reconnect old friends who we get to call colleagues as well. It’s always a highlight to connect with industry leaders who, along with agency partners, move to strengthen transportation and transportation initiatives in Southern California.”

A Shared Vision of Partnership

At Kleinfelder, we know the greatest infrastructure achievements come through collaboration. The 2025 Mobility 21 Summit was a powerful reminder of what can be accomplished when agencies, communities, and private partners come together with a shared vision. We are proud to support this work, not only through our sponsorship and volunteer efforts at the Summit, but also through the innovative, sustainable, and resilient solutions we deliver every day.
