Kleinfelder Construction Services Secures $1.2M Public Outreach Contract with Orange County Transportation Authority

The Kleinfelder Construction Services (KCS) public relations team is excited to kick off the Orange County Transportation Authority’s (OCTA) public outreach contract for the Interstate 5 Irvine & Tustin Improvements Project. With the contract now finalized, KCS is actively beginning work under the six-year agreement valued at up to $1.2 million based on time and materials. KCS will implement a comprehensive public awareness campaign for the pre-construction and construction phases of this two-segment project. In partnership with Caltrans, OCTA is set to improve nine miles of I-5 between Interstate 405 and State Route 55 within the cities of Irvine and Tustin.

“This is a fantastic opportunity to continue our partnership with OCTA and support this vital infrastructure project,” commented Project Manager Anna Finlay. “Our team is ready to hit the ground running, leveraging our experience and innovative strategies to provide effective communication and engagement throughout the pre-construction and construction phases as the project gets underway.”

Having supported numerous OCTA projects over the years, KCS has a lengthy relationship with the agency built on trust and a shared commitment to excellence. We have collaborated closely with OCTA to develop customized strategies and provide valuable insights. We’re immensely proud of our award-winning, innovative outreach strategies implemented on behalf of OCTA and are looking forward to the success of this project.
