Victoria Martinez Joins Kleinfelder’s Ohio Area as Funding Specialist
Kleinfelder is pleased to welcome Victoria (Tori) Martinez to the Ohio Area team as a Funding Specialist. In this role, Tori will assist engineering staff in all phases of grant development, from opportunity identification and evaluation to compliance and reporting. She will also lead the development of a grant management system, help Kleinfelder project teams and clients navigate funding opportunities, and formulate funding scenarios to support project decision-making.
Tori brings a broad technical background and over a decade of experience in wastewater engineering, regulatory affairs, and environmental compliance. Most recently, at First Solar Inc., she supported plant operations and water treatment systems through data analysis, process improvement, and technical reporting. Her prior role at Nostrum Laboratories, Inc., where she managed regulatory documentation and submissions, further honed her analytical and organizational skills, complementing her technical expertise.
Tori’s experience also includes a tenure at Industrial Fluid Management, Inc. (IFM), now a Kleinfelder company, giving her an inherent understanding of Kleinfelder’s services and client requirements. Her diverse background at IFM, where she served as National Accounts Compliance Specialist, Laboratory Analyst, and Safety Manager, underscores her leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to regulatory compliance across multiple functions.
“Tori’s background in compliance, regulatory affairs, and wastewater systems aligns perfectly with the type of work we support in Ohio,” said Area Manager Denise Plummer. “Her insight into both technical and funding processes will be an asset as we continue to help clients deliver successful infrastructure projects.”
Tori has also completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, equipping her with process improvement tools that will further benefit her work at Kleinfelder.
Please join us in welcoming Tori to the team!
