We’re excited to Welcome Matt St. Germain, PMP, MSP as a Senior Construction Manager and Operations Manager to the CMWorks, a Kleinfelder Company, Southern Nevada team.
Matt has more than 22 years of experience in multiple construction settings, in various locations across the U.S. He specializes in construction project management of both horizontal and vertical projects, with a focus on public works.
Working as an owner’s representative for public agencies, Matt has managed and coordinated all aspects of projects, including budgets, schedules, and quality. He most recently focused on roadway and underground utility infrastructure construction projects but also has strong experience in public works infrastructure and building projects. Matt has an operations background and emphasizes attention to meeting local and regional requirements and standards.
As a superintendent for a general contractor, Matt managed multiple projects in various stages of construction, including overseeing construction crews and scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, all while managing critical paths to ensure timely completion and meeting quality requirements.
Matt is well-versed in delivery methods including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Multiple-Prime, and Integrated Project Delivery. He is an experienced schedule reviewer and cost estimator and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management and master’s degrees in both project management and facility management.
