Randall will work within Kleinfelder’s private market sector to foster relationships with oil and gas clients, develop client-centric delivery teams, and contribute to the overall growth of the firm’s oil and gas client portfolios.
With 25 years of industry experience, 15 of which have focused on program and client account management in the oil and gas market, Randall brings exceptional technical and leadership value to Kleinfelder. As a licensed Professional Geologist, Randall has supported some of the world’s largest oil and gas providers, leading the implementation and delivery of environmental contracts at hundreds of projects globally. He is skilled at providing oversight and training for large multidisciplined teams, driving health and safety, and developing processes and strategies that achieve technical, compliance, and budgetary goals.
As a client account manager, Randall has provided leadership for numerous multimillion-dollar environmental remediation contracts and has proven effective at managing client portfolios while reducing client environmental liabilities. He has demonstrated measurable success in this role, having consistently met or exceeded client key performance indicators over the past 15 years.
