Jackson, MICHIGAN – Kleinfelder announced today that it has opened a new office location in Jackson, Michigan. The new space – located at 180 West Michigan Ave, Suite 603, Jackson, MI 49201 – establishes a local presence for Kleinfelder engineers, scientists and construction professionals that are already supporting energy projects throughout the Great Lakes Region.

The opening of the Jackson, Michigan office strengthens Kleinfelder’s presence in the Midwest and demonstrates the firm’s commitment to providing clients throughout the region with high quality services delivered by local personnel. Backed by a team of more than 1,800 resources, Kleinfelder’s Michigan office will provide a wide range of engineering and environmental services to support investor owned utility clients, with a focus on power transmission and distribution (T&D) and oil and gas projects.

Having provided engineering design services for power T&D projects throughout the Midwest and Great Lakes Region for the past few years, Kleinfelder has a thorough understanding of the environmental, regulatory, economic, and civic conditions throughout the region, and is well prepared to increase its ongoing support of energy infrastructure projects.  With a growing portfolio of work, the establishment of a local office will accelerate Kleinfelder’s momentum within the power market as well as position the firm for future growth of environmental services with oil and gas clients throughout the Great Lakes Region.
