With almost two decades of technical leadership and experience in engineering, Ashraf currently serves as Kleinfelder’s Energy & Private Sector National Market Manager. Ashraf began his career as a staff engineer in 1994 with Trinity Engineering, which was acquired by Kleinfelder in 1999. In 2005, Ashraf transferred to the territory of the newly acquired GSC in the U.S. East Coast. His business acumen, genuine interest in people and process, and understanding of client needs and ability to exceed their expectations buoyed Ashraf to area and regional manager roles. In 2009, under Kleinfelder’s new organization, Ashraf developed and oversaw the company’s Power segment, then was elevated again in 2011 to his current position as Energy & Private Sector National Market Manager. Ashraf is a Professional Engineer licensed in Texas and Maryland, specializing in geotechnical engineering. He is based in Hanover, Maryland.
