SEPTA Suburban Station HazMat Inspection

  • SEPTA Suburban Station HazMat Inspection

When a national chain retailer wanted to take over lease spaces at Suburban Station, they turned to Kleinfelder / Advantage Engineers for their HazMat/Environmental due diligence. Suburban Station is a core Center City Station in Philadelphia. Since its opening in 1930, the station has been a hub of activity. Above the track level, the concourse is home to retail and restaurants.

Quick Turn-around Solutions

The age and use raised concerns about asbestos, lead-based paint, PCBs and mercury. Our thorough work and quick turn-around helped the client. It also led to Kleinfelder / Advantage winning the HazMat inspections work for the proposed renovations of the east corridor of the station.
