ATLANTA, Georgia – Kleinfelder announced today that Todd Eldridge has joined the firm as Senior Program Manager for the Midstream Market. Located in Kleinfelder’s Atlanta, GA office, Eldridge will focus on further growing Kleinfelder’s stake in the oil and gas market.

As a Georgia-licensed mechanical Professional Engineer, Eldridge has over 20 years of diversified experience in design of refined products, crude oil, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems. This experience includes completion of over 400 petroleum projects for Fortune 500 companies and independent operators, covering 37 states/territories and 3 foreign countries.

Eldridge specializes in greenfield and retrofit petroleum terminal development including storage tanks, marine import/export, truck and rail systems, and blending operations. In addition to his technical experience, he has a strong background in program and project management as well as client account management roles.

“Kleinfelder and the Atlanta team are thrilled to have Todd join us. Our Atlanta team rapidly growing and Todd’s aptitude for leadership and mentorship will positively impact the professional development of our staff,” said Brian Kelly, Kleinfelder Georgia Area Manager. With Georgia’s high demand for new infrastructure, Kleinfelder’s Atlanta team has already doubled in size from when the local office first opened its doors in 2018.  The significant growth is attributed to the firm’s strong business partnerships with oil, gas, mining, and utility clients that rely on Kleinfelder’s technical expertise in environmental, design, and construction services.  “We’re looking forward to quickly getting Todd engaged with our clients, as they’ll benefit greatly from his multi-disciplinary expertise and strong project/program management skills,” commented Kelly.

Eldridge holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University. He is also actively involved in several professional associations including International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA) and Atlanta Pipeliner’s Club.
