Kleinfelder Construction Services Employee Appreciation Event
Kleinfelder Construction Services (KCS) held its annual Employee Appreciation Night on Saturday, January 25 at the Portside Pier Brigantine in San Diego, CA. The Wild West theme brought out the best in the west and showcased everyone’s western spirit, with hats, boots, denim, bandanas, and more. Beyond the fun and festivities, the night expressed genuine appreciation for the hard work and dedication shown throughout the year, bringing the entire KCS team together for a night of fun and well-deserved recognition.
Laughter and camaraderie filled the air as the team enjoyed a night of fun and connection.
“Our team puts in tremendous effort throughout the year, so it is truly rewarding to come together, enjoy ourselves, and celebrate our accomplishments,” commented KCS San Diego Area Manager Rich Fitterer.
Games provided friendly competition, the photo booth captured those western grins, and the venue served as a gathering point for conversation and celebration. Karaoke took center stage, with brave team members belting out tunes bringing everyone together in shared laughter and appreciation. The delicious appetizers and incredible prime rib and salmon dinner were the perfect complements to an evening focused on celebrating the team.
This event was just a small token of our immense gratitude for the incredible efforts of our team. Their passion and hard work are the driving force behind KCS’s success, and we are truly thankful for everything they do.
