Celebrating the One-Year Anniversary of the Doucet Acquisition

It’s been one year since Doucet joined Kleinfelder!

Today we are celebrating the acquisition anniversary and all the great synergies that have resulted since. Highlights include the integration of geospatial capabilities, expansion of utility locate services, significant project wins, added thought leadership, and more than 100 awesome staff from Texas.

To commemorate the occasion, we asked a few staff how the past year has been:

“My experience with the integration to Kleinfelder has been eye-opening. I personally enjoy all the resources Kleinfelder has made available for us to use, especially with GIS licensing. I look forward to the growth opportunities Kleinfelder has to offer.”

“During my time at Doucet, my team has worked diligently to develop our departmental resources, service lines, personal experiences, and client base. In the year since we’ve been acquired by Kleinfelder, it’s been exciting to see the opportunities to take those service lines and client bases and expand them throughout the rest of Texas, Oklahoma, and beyond. As a young career professional, it’s very exciting to have a chance like that.”

“Doucet’s employees, capabilities, and connections have significantly bolstered Kleinfelder’s water services, facilitating our expansion across various regions in Texas. Since day one, our teams have collaborated seamlessly to secure water projects, with the National Parks Service Big Bend project being the first to showcase the success of our combined strengths. By leveraging these strengths, we continue to enhance our water service offerings, benefiting both existing and prospective clients.”

“Our employees have been able to grow exponentially during the transition. The Kleinfelder ecosystem fosters and encourages communities within all departments which allows employees from around the world to connect with each other and identify solutions that provides a positive impact on all our projects. This has had a direct impact to Doucet and KLF’s clients since we can be involved through more of the project lifecycle.”
