Jeremy and David will serve as the Quality and Risk Managers in the West and East Divisions, respectively.
As Kleinfelder continues to grow and diversify, it is important for us to continuously improve our project management capabilities, improve our quality procedures, and proactively manage our risks. To drive uniform expectations and practices related to these items, we have appointed a Quality and Risk Manager for each Division to lead this effort.
We are pleased to announce that Jeremy Mason, PE and David Randall, PG will be taking on the role of Quality and Risk Manager in the West and East Divisions, respectively.

Jeremy Mason, PE
Located in our Sacramento, CA office, Jeremy brings over 22 years of quality management experience and has been with Kleinfelder for over 17 years working on large complex projects throughout the west. He is very knowledgeable of our systems and approaches and has a proven track record of bidding and delivering high-quality profitable projects for our clients. He will be able to take his personal experience, along with his deep understanding of Kleinfelder procedures and his passion for project delivery and quality, to establish more consistent best practices in the West Division.

David Randall, PG
David, who is located in our Raleigh, NC office, has been in the industry for over 25 years. He has extensive experience providing leadership for numerous multimillion-dollar contracts and has proven effective at managing diverse client portfolios while reducing risk and increasing profitability. He is skilled at developing processes and strategies that achieve project management and delivery competence and is effective at implementing those strategies among diverse teams. His experience makes him well positioned to enhance the East Division’s collective efforts to hone our quality and risk management efforts.

As such, I look forward to supporting our Project and Program Managers who have the ARA to ensure risk is minimized and Kleinfelder is known for our quality,” said David.
Jeremy and David will work with the Area Managers in their Divisions, Kleinfelder’s Corporate Quality team, and the Kleinfelder Technical Network Project Management Service Line team.
