Kleinfelder has been instrumental in successfully delivering K-12 and higher education projects for both public and private educational institutions for more than 40 years. Kleinfelder offers a range of technical expertise from inception of projects through completion, including environmental, geotechnical engineering, materials testing and inspection, and program/construction management services.

Throughout Kleinfelder’s history, we have provided innovative solutions to address the complexities and unique challenges of K-12 schools and higher education facilities. We have a proven track record of providing some of the best technical expertise and managers for all types of projects, including new construction, modernization projects and facilities needs assessments related to the Williams Settlement requirements.

Kleinfelder’s project managers have excellent rapport with team members, including district facilities directors, design professionals, the Office of Public School Construction (IOSC), the Division of State Architect (DSA) and contractors. Kleinfelder is knowledgeable about OPSC and DSA documentation requirements and we have developed procedures to assist districts with reporting, funding and reimbursement processes.
