At Kleinfelder, we recognize that our continued success is directly related to the investment we make in our people. We also know that opportunities for personal development can differ substantially from person to person. To meet the diverse learning needs of our employees, we foster an atmosphere of continuous learning and professional development using a multifaceted approach.

• We provide opportunities for our employees to apply their knowledge and skills to unique, cutting-edge projects.
• Our Learning and Development Department provides companywide programs and resources to support professional development. Most are available on-line 24/7.
• We provide financial support for formal education, ongoing professional registration, and continuing education efforts.
• Our Professional Development and Technical Training Seminar is an opportunity for employee-owners to learn about new technologies, celebrate the company’s success, and network with colleagues. This event takes place annually and typically attracts over 800 employees who present on a wide variety of topics.
• We encourage employees to actively participate in professional societies and to write and submit professional/technical papers and articles for publication in professional journals, magazines, and other periodicals.
•  We encourage and support employee participation in community involvement  and volunteer opportunities including with civic organizations.
