Professional Development and Education
Kleinfelder is dedicated to the continuing education of our
employee-owners. By supporting our employee-owners’ professional
development, we uphold the standards of our profession and
achieve regular industry recognition for technical excellence.
We offer a number of programs to assist teams and individuals
in developing skills that enhance organizational readiness.
We offer year-round workshops in a variety of areas to facilitate
life-long learning. Our team of internal experts and external
facilitators routinely design, develop, coordinate and lead
training on myriad topics to help our employee-owners achieve
their goals. Our initiatives include:

- Technical and non-technical “brown-bags”
We also provide support for employee-owners interested in
continuing their individual education. A Professional Development
and Education (PDE) plan enhances technical, professional
and management educational through robust reimbursement offerings.
By supporting our employee-owners ongoing education and development,
our employee-owners to stay sharp in their areas of expertise
and we forward our goal of enhancing employee opportunities.
